Three sisters present the story of their pilgrimage to Germany and France to retrace their Grandmother’s recently discovered, tragic and shocking murder during the Holocaust. The Simon sisters discuss how this history influenced their father, the Rev. Dr. Carl R. Simon, in his lifetime commitment to work for civil and human rights. They describe his trip to Alabama in 1965 to support the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s Selma March.
