OUTREACH – Away from church  (3 required per year)
THREE Outreach SOP’s are required per year. These are activities that generally take place away from the church or provide service to other organizations.   

Please use the list of activities to help you complete this requirement.  If one of your Outreach SOP’s is not from one of our recommended suggestions, please contact Pastor Bruce at cheever@foxpointchurch.org to see if it would fit the requirement.

FPLC MINISTRY – At church (3 required per year)
TWO FPLC Ministry SOP’s are required per year. These are activities that take place at the church or provide service for FPLC.

If you'd rather fill out a physical copy, i.e., a PDF print out, go to our Confirmation webpage at https://foxpointchurch.org/youth-middle-school/, and scroll down to the section called Resources. Click on "Forms (Downloadable)". Make your selection from the list of forms. Send your completed (physical) form to the church office or email a scanned version to lori@foxpointchurch.org.
