This one master form is your ticket to all of our High School youth group events this summer. Instead of sending you five different links throughout the season, we’ve put everything right here!

Please take two minutes to fill this out so Pastor Josh can get accurate headcounts for coffee shop tables, movie night snacks, and travel logistics.
