You will be receiving a gift of a personalized bowl that the Pastor will use to baptize your child. If your date changes after the bowl is made, there will be a $75 charge.

Planning Your Baptism during FALL, WINTER, SPRING (Dates through June 7, 2026)

AGES:
This form is for infants through 5th grade and includes a section for sponsor information. If you are scheduling for an older child (6th grade+) and prefer to have sponsors present, you are welcome to use this form, otherwise, use the Student/Adult form.

Please note that there are specific Sundays when baptisms are not conducted during the service and others when they are.

FOR BAPTISMS DURING A WORSHIP SERVICE:
We perform in-service baptisms only on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of each month.

FOR PRIVATE BAPTISMS:
Private baptisms can typically be arranged after the 10:30 service on most Sundays.

Regardless of which option you choose, simply provide us with your top two date preferences and times, and we will coordinate with the pastors and get back to you shortly!
