FALL, WINTER, SPRING baptisms.
We offer baptisms DURING our Church services on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month. We also offer private baptims AFTER the 10:30 am service amost every Sunday of the month. ***Please make sure to enter your first and second choice of baptism dates.

It's very important to check over your information and punctuation before submitting this form, the information you submit will appear exactly "as is" on the baptisms certificates.
